Hiya! I’m Amber Frazier- or just Frazier if you like.
I’m a recovering perfectionist who is learning to live a little lighter. I like to listen more than I like to talk, I love cooking, but more importantly, I love eating. I’m passionate about teaching people about food, talking about food, learning about food (and nutrition)… Essentially food to me = life, health, and wholeness.
I have always been a foodie and have once been called “a bomb eater.” I’ll try anything once and I mean anything - especially if it has a little funk or bitterness to it. My favorite foods change with the seasons, but my tried-and-true favorites are liver, kabocha squash, pork belly, broccoli sprouts, pho, tacos, and chocolate.
I really discovered the power of food as an adult. Being raised on a SAD (Standard American Diet) did not do me any favors in the health department, but once I got into cooking, I realized food could change how I felt. The better I ate, the better I felt—magic, right? (Duh!) That journey ultimately led me to become a Nutrition Therapist and Natural Food Chef.
What I enjoy most about being a private chef is being part of different communities, meeting a ton of amazing people, and nourishing them through my cooking. I also love introducing people to new flavors they may have never tried otherwise.
I constantly strive to get out of my comfort zone in my cooking and life. When I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me outside trail running, backpacking, cross-country skiing, SUPing, etc. I also love yoga, embroidery, and my cat Leo, oh, and my endlessly supportive husband.

Hey hey! I’m Amber Williams, the other Amber of this dynamic foodie duo.
I’m a human version of a golden retriever who could chit chat with a rock as long as it liked me. So, talking is my favorite & I LIVE for deep and meaningful conversation. Coincidentally, great conversation often happens around a table with yummy food and great company, which makes doing what I do a compatible fit!
My path to holistic cheffing is a personal one. After battling debilitating autoimmune symptoms most of my life, I only found true healing through food. I really do mean that. Once my diet was locked in, my autoimmune markers leveled and I finally felt human for what felt like the first time in my life. This revelation somewhat forced me to learn how to cook for myself. Surprise, surprise, cooking became a passion and I couldn’t get enough. I fell in love with figuring out ingredient swaps to recreate my favorite meals in a “healthier” version my body could tolerate. Which then turned into an interest in understanding the nutrients food provides and how that plays a role in whole body health.
Fast forward, and I knew I wanted to make this new found passion a career. I started first going to school for holistic nutrition, then natural food cheffing, and the rest is history! I’m now a private chef and couldn’t be more excited about the fact that my job is something I am actually excited about everyday.
My favorite foods are tacos in any way shape or form, steak, huevos rancheros, and casseroles (midwestern girl through and through). When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me cozied up with a good true crime novel, going to concerts, taking walks or traveling to see family in Wyoming or Kansas, all with my long time boyfriend by my side.
